- By displaying the jackets of new books on two “New Arrivals” board kept outside the Reading Room of the Central Library.
- By providing subject wise printed list of newly acquired books to the students as well as to the teachers. By informing the members about current issues of journals subscribed by the Central Library.

- Best Library Users; We do publish the name of the students along with their photograph (year wise) who are the best users of library for wide circulation among the students as the others may be inspired in the coming years.
- Seminar/Workshop ; We Organized- a) two day Workshop on ‘N-LIST; Shodhganga,Shodhgangotri and e-PG PATHSHALA’20th & 21st May, 2019.
- b) Two Days Workshop on “Library Automation Using Koha” 5th & 6th April,2024.
- Publication; A magazine “ Know Your Library” is brought out every year.,/li>

The library provides mainly lending service, through charging and discharging of books to the users. It gives a) Home issue - for 15 days,(maximum of 30 days at a time), Day issue - in Reading Room (during library hours) and Overnight issue (after considering the demand of users).
Reference Service, both short range and long range is provided to library users on their specific query from the reference tools available in the college library.
Current awareness service is provided to the members of the Central Library in the following way -
There is a Career Counseling Cell attached to the Library with two teachers as members of the cell and the Librarian as the ex-officio member. This cell provides Career Advancement Suggestions to the current students as well as ex-students. Career guidance journals are regularly subscribed for this cell.
Subject to copyright regulations, Library material can be photocopied on payment basis.
- Photocopy (black & white) service shall be provided to the users on permission to the Librarian
- Charges for Xeroxing shall be Rs.1 per exposure for A-4 size copy .
Most of the students of our College come from very remote corner of the locality and they have very little knowledge about how to use the College Library. They are admitted in the College after passing the H.S. Examination from different H.S. Schools. Most of these Schools have hardly any Library or Library facilities. Naturally they do not know how to use the College Library. Users even do not know what is call no? and what is accession no? The Librarian gives an introductory view about the Central Library when he first meets with the new students of first year class at the beginning of the new session. The Central Library frequently organize User Orientation Program for all the , students of different categories and subjects of different sections.
