Koha home
The college library has a very rich collection of about 37192 books on all subjects, which are taught here. Except the text books and reference books of different subjects some valuable rare books are also stocked.
Reference Books – There is a collection of conventional reference books like dictionary, encyclopaedia, handbook, manual, yearbook for ready reference and general information.
Journals – The Central Library subscribes to around nineteen journals of different subjects. Current journals are displayed in the Journals’ Rack. Students can borrow the journalsis producing their Daily issue lending card. A few back issues are in the bound form. But most of them are loose and kept in a stack.
Magazines – The Central Library also subscribes ten different magazines. Students can easily go through the Magazines which are displayed on a rack in the Reading room.
Cassette & C D – Inspite of having different types of books there are non-book materials like Audio Cassettes, CDs and DVDs.
E-book & E-journal – The Central Library subscribe e-books and e-journals through UGC INFLIBNET N-List Programme.
